apartment tour: living area

this is the couch (technically futon) that i spend most of my time on. i read here. i watch great movies here. i watch some not great tv here. i eat here sometimes. i paint here... well and on the floor. but overall this is my favorite spot in my apartment. it is the central focus in my itty-bitty studio, but i love it.

the futon was originally black but i cut and reconstruction a queen duvet cover to fit over the futon. i needed it to be more cheerful and yellow floral screams cheerful.

as you can see my living space is full of color, pattern, and texture... and neatness. all things i love :) hehe
